An unusually nice example of the 'Nauheimer Type'

CELTIC, Central Europe. Uncertain tribe. Circa 1st century BC. Quinarius (Silver, 14 mm, 1.74 g, 12 h), 'Nauheimer Type', Mint in Hesse or Rhineland-Pfalz. Celticized head to right. Rev. Celticized figure advancing left, holding torque; annulets in field; all within wreath. D&T 205. Flesche 405. LT 9388. Beautifully toned. The reverse struck somewhat off center, otherwise, about extremely fine.
